South Park Senior Center is looking for volunteers to help us prepare, package and deliver meals to seniors and disabled adults in South King County Come Join Us!

During the Covid-19 pandemic response SPSC is closed to the public but we continue to serve our senior citizens, disabled adults and those experincing homelessness. The majority of the people we serve are elderly and disabled adults who identify as “low income” or “very low income” and many of whom also have underling medical issues which put them “at risk” for Covid-19 infection.

SPSC also identified that many of our participants are living alone, isolated, afraid to venture out for fear of infection and exposure. Bringing nutritious food and basic produce staples to their doorstep assures they do not go hungry or risk exposure shopping and mingling in public spaces.
